- The Wagyu Beef Burger Recipe Serves four (4) people.
- Ingredients
For the patty:
1kg Wagyu Mince
1 onion
3 sprigs rosemary
1 clove garlic
40ml Worchester sauce
For the blue cheese sauce:
100g blue cheese
150g cream
1 sprig thyme
Let the cooking begin...
Fine dice the onion and garlic, remove the rosemary from the stem and chop finely.
Fry the garlic onion and rosemary in a pan with a little bit of oil.
Do not burn the onions, they should be translucent
Mix the onions, garlic, and rosemary in the mince.
Roll 180g gram balls with the mince and set in the fridge for 20 min.

To make the cheese sauce, put the cream and thyme in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Crumble the blue cheese into the cream and stir with a whisk until it dissolves.
Reduce the cheese and cream until it becomes a thick consistency and set aside.
Take the patties out of the fridge and press flat until the patty is about 7cm thick.
In a frying pan add 3 tablespoons of oil and heat it up; When the oil is hot place the burgers in the pan and fry until a nice golden color appears, do the same on the other side.
Place it in the oven and cook for 15 min until med, you do not want to overcook the patty as you would lose the amazing wagyu fat.
Heat the cheese sauce and assemble your burger.
