Our Patties are 200mm in width and they have a thickness of 15mm. We took our time finding the right patty size and thickness, as it makes the eating experience so much better. It’s easy to grill/cook and even easier to take a bite out of!
The Wagyu Fat and meat composition in the patty makes it melt in your mouth when cooked to perfection in minimal time, in a pan or preferably over flame.
Wagyu fat has a melting point lower than human body temperature, that's why it drips with rich flavor when you eat it.
Wagyu Fat is not the same as any other fat source in meat. It has up to 300% more monounsaturated fat than normal beef due to the high marbling of the meat, as well as incredibly high omega 3 and 6 content.
Wagyu beef has the lowest cholesterol levels of all meats, even lower than fish or chicken, and it contains oleic acid which is considered good for your heart.
